Description : Beautiful beachfront house, of recent construction. Built all in 1 story in a very wide beachfront lot, giving this place a true sense of peace and comfort. It features all amenities one would need.

The beachfront of the house has a very nice layout, which makes it the favorite spot in the house. Owners have most of their meals outside, in a covered terrace just as you walk out from the dinning room. Through the front runs a large terrace towards the beachfront of the house. It goes around the pool and a side deck. There is also a charcoal grill.

All bedrooms have each a full bathroom, two of them are beachfront. The master has a king size bed, and the two other, a full size bed each.

Very secure environment as the back is gated, this really comes unnecessary as this area is known all through the country as the safest.

The guardian lives a few doors down from the premises, he takes care of pool maintenance. He will be happy to help with anything you need.

The house is located in San Benito, a quiet private neighborhood east of Progreso.

There is public transport just 5 minute walk from the house. However, having a car is recommended.
